Frequently Asked Questions

To add a new FAQ, navigate to the admin dashboard and click on the "Add FAQ" button (accessible if you have the 'User create' permission). Fill in the question and answer fields, then save the FAQ. It will appear in the FAQ list once approved.

If you can't find an FAQ in the admin panel, make sure you are looking under the correct category or filter settings. You can also use the search bar to find specific questions or answers quickly. If the FAQ is inactive, it will not show up in the active FAQ list.

If you have 'User edit' permission, you can edit any FAQ. Click the edit icon next to the FAQ entry, make your changes, and save them. This will update the question or answer in the system.
